Why can't I watch the Live stream and rewind it from the beginning?

Can't even view old lessons Video keeps loading, only 50% of the videos work. I'm using FF

What a waste. I was excited to sign up and start using IOGTV now not so much

Great concept but as of right now with only some videos working and no access to latest lessons, this service is lacking a lot. Disappointing but Lord willing those issues can be ironed out very soon

HI, I tried to lower the quality on the videos that won't appear, it doesn't help. The video keeps buffering. Internet speed is fast, some videos work some don't.

It will stay like this and cant play no matter how long I leave it or lower the quality 50% of the videos

Does anyone know why that is? If none of the videos worked I'd understand it was on my end but to have some work flawless and some not at all, what's the issue?

Let me know which videos are not playing for you so I can check on my end. As I said, some of the videos are as large as 11GB's. I think this is why they aren't playing correctly. I will also make sure that the other camps know not to upload files that large.

these are just some of the videos I tried today and none of them will playback..It'll buffer a bit and not play. Try to go to different segments of the video and same issue.

New video uploads have no playback issues. To have this library of lessons is a great resource but if they don't play it's frustrating.

Sorry about the name. All of the links you posted played for me. I do have Comcast high speed internet though. As I said, some of these lesson are in HD and are over 10 GB's up to 14 GB's. I will make sure that the other classes' future lessons are below 4 GB's. I also know that the IOG 2017 through 2018 lessons were uploaded with sizes above 4 GB's. We are working to keep the files smaller. If you keep having issues, this service might not be worth it for you to continue with it. If so, go back to purchasing the CD or DVD or increase your speed with your internet carrier. Sorry for the inconvenience. Take care!

As I said before the internet is high speed (100Mbits/sec) It's the player being used perhaps..can we get other ways to watch the lessons? Like being able to access the Youtube channels private videos (lessons uploaded made private)

The size of the video doesn't matter its the platform IOGTV is using. I prefer using a computer..
Maybe give us another method to use to watch the lessons instead of Vimeo or buying a roku or andriod stick

Hi Izzy, how are you? I'm deeply sorry that you are having this trouble. Can you please provide the platform that you are attempting to access the videos on?

Also be sure that your browsers are up to date.

All videos play for me and other users on all platforms, iPhone, Roku App, Computer (Safari, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge), and Android TV. If you are attempting to watch through a TV browser then the videos won't play.

The IOG Bible TV App and ioglessons.vhx.tv are the only platforms that we are providing at this time to watch the full lessons.

Ohh, I see. I think your problem might be Windows 7. I’m not sure if there’s any browser on there that can handle the platform consistently. But hopefully you can find a solution. It’s better on Windows 10 using the new Chromium Edge Browser.

I'm glad to hear that it's working for you. All current lessons are uploaded. So you do have access to all current IOG lessons that have the video quality and content that meet our standards. During the time of this pandemic, only Riverdale lessons are being produced and aired. No other classes are in session.
